The engagements I take on are design and resource planning for product development. This particular focus comes from the my direct experiences I've had as a client, a consultant, a publisher and software developer over the last 20+ years. There's a huge gap between market/business needs and the ability to frame the issue so that the talent of designers and engineers can be leveraged effective. The aim of my design consultancy is to challenge closely held assumptions and question sacred cows internal teams are often too afraid to ask.
